Apparently, American contractors in Iraq feel their "effectiveness" will be compromised if the Iraqi government revokes the current blanket immunity on foreign contractors.

"Oh yeah, it would be so tough, to you know, like have to obey laws and stuff, and like you know, have to hire people who were intelligent enough to react properly to situations where legal hazards might arise. It is much easier to hire boneheads who shoot first and get off scot-free," they most likely said.

Why is it so much to ask for foreign nationals to obey the laws of the country wherein they reside? Do these ****wads think that foreign nationals here in the states should have "blanket immunity" from prosecution?

When in Iraq you should have to abide by Iraq's laws.
